About me

Dr. Hannah Weisman is a licensed clinical psychologist and VP of Clinical Operations at Sesh, an online platform for mental-health focused support groups. Her career has been focused on reducing mental health stigma and providing access to quality care for underserved populations. She works at the intersection of clinical quality and business operations within digital health startups.

At Sesh, and in her prior role as Director of Operations at Mindstrong, Dr. Weisman puts the foundations in place for digital health startups to grow while maintaining a quality experience for consumers and providers. Her work spans across member and provider experience, clinical quality, product feature prioritization, legal and ethical compliance, outcomes assessment, and building a sustainable business model.

Prior to joining Mindstrong, Dr. Weisman completed a postdoctoral fellowship in primary care psychology at the San Francisco VA Medical Center, and a predoctoral internship serving people with PTSD and severe mental illness at UT Health San Antonio. She received her BA in Psychology from Pitzer College and her PhD in Counseling, Clinical, and School Psychology from the University of California Santa Barbara. Her clinical and research expertise include mental health stigma, integrated care, eating disorders and weight stigma, motivational interviewing, PTSD treatment, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
