Senior Manager, Manatt Health
Jacqueline Marks is a senior manager with Manatt Health, an interdisciplinary policy and business advisory practice of Manatt. She provides policy analysis, strategic business advice, and project management to a variety of stakeholders including states, health care providers, foundations and non-profit organizations, among others.Jacqueline is an expert in federal and state telehealth policy, regularly advising state Medicaid programs on telehealth coverage and payment policy design. Jacqueline also works with provider organizations and foundations to support telehealth policy change aimed at ensuring equitable access to care for all individuals. In addition, Jacqueline has extensive experience providing policy analysis and advocacy support to women's health providers and non-profit organizations. She also assists academic medical centers, health systems, and safety net hospitals with strategic planning and implementation support related to IT and digital health.Prior to joining Manatt, Jacqueline was a business intelligence analyst with the Planned Parenthood Federation of America, where she was responsible for aggregating and analyzing clinical and financial data from more than 700 health centers nationwide. While working toward her graduate degree in health policy and management at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Jacqueline was an intern in the Reproductive Health Department of the World Health Organization in Geneva, Switzerland.
