Kyle is the founder and CEO of UpLift, a vertically integrated, virtual-first provider of measurement-based behavioral healthcare. Prior to founding UpLift, he worked at Cityblock Health launching the first ever, value-based virtual primary care service for Medicaid beneficiaries. Before that, Kyle was an early executive at Clover Health, leading clinical operations and helping scale the company from $25M in revenue to $600M+ in the five years prior to the company’s public exit. Prior to Clover, Kyle founded and led Ingenios Health (acquired by Almost Family) and was the first employee at Rally Health (acquired by Optum).
