Michael Boroff, Psy.D., is a clinical psychologist who serves as the Mental Health Program Manager for Crossover Health. He oversees the mental program across the country, establishing and developing the model of the care while serving as a subject matter expert to all levels of the company. He also sees a small panel of patients. Dr. Boroff was drawn to Crossover Health because of the opportunity to craft a model of care that advances mental healthcare, is scalable and sustainable, and allows for a high-quality experience for both patients and providers. He is particularly interested in the use of data to improve treatment outcomes.Previously, Dr. Boroff worked for Kaiser Permanente serving as a psychologist and a manager if an intensive outpatient program, adult services, triage, and a call center. He also worked for the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health in their Quality Improvement Division and for the Alameda County Public Health Department in building an integrated clinic for homeless adults. He completed his predoctoral and postdoctoral at Children’s Hospital and Research Center Oakland.
