As a Senior Consultant, Natasha works collaboratively with a team of Account Executives, Analysts and Actuaries to manage client accounts. She manages projects and timelines for client deliverables and assists the Account Executive with strategy, RFP’s, renewals and a host of other action items. Natasha’s role also consists of maintaining client relationships, supporting client retention, maintaining strong carrier relationships and managing client needs. She also serves as day-to-day contact and provides resolution for client questions and issues.Natasha has over 20 years of experience in employee benefits. She started her career working for life and disability insurance carriers. After twelve years working on the carrier side, Natasha moved over to the consulting side where she has worked for over ten years.Natasha has experience working with all industry types in the middle market space. She has experience and knowledge in project management, strategy, ACA, compliance, funding strategies such as self-funding, level-funding, fully insured and referenced based pricing. Natasha has also held Client Manager positions and understands how the customer service and financial roles contribute to the overall lifecycle of a plan and client retention.
