Medical Director, Mantra Health
Nora Feldpausch began working as a psychiatrist in college mental health during residency and has continued to build on that passion for bringing innovation and excellent clinical care to university settings and transitional aged youth ever since. She has worked in a variety of college mental health settings, including helping to build a multidisciplinary team to address high risk and hospitalized students at Colorado State university, and assisting with creating and staffing Michigan State University Counseling and Psychiatry Service’s first telehealth service. She joined the clinical advisory team in 2019 for Mantra/Wellround, becoming the Medical Director for Mantra/Wellround in February, 2021. Working side-by-side with campus services at 35 universities and colleges nationwide, such as MIT, Cornell, the University of Minnesota, and Penn State, Dr. Feldpausch has helped scale Wellround, built protocols for addressing safety and efficacy in hybrid care and overseen the development of a provider group dedicated to ensuring the delivery of evidence-based, innovative approaches to college mental health care. Dr. Feldpausch is also currently the western USA/Western Canada representative to the APA affiliated Association for College Psychiatry and a volunteer clinical faculty member at CU College of Medicine.
In addition to a passion for working in student mental health, Dr. Feldpausch lives with her husband and four kids on their family-owned dairy in Northern Colorado. When she is not dreaming up innovative ways to stay current in college mental health, she can be found on her trusty quarter horse, corralling cattle and children in the shadow of the Rocky Mountains.
