Robert Capobianco has extensive strategic and operational experience with tech startups and large corporate organizations. He has a proven a history of developing innovative strategies that drive revenue growth and market leadership resulting in multiple exits through strategic acquisitions - collectively exceeded $200M in acquisition value.In his last role as General Manager and Vice President for Change Healthcare’s Value-based Payment Division, he was responsible for the strategy and execution of alternative payment programs for Commercial and Medicaid health plans. In his current role, Robert is responsible for NOCD's payer market strategy and operations. This includes B2B marketing, value-based payments, treatment analytics and customer success.
