Entrepreneur, clinical psychologist, and behavioral health executive with a background in finance and health care delivery design. Equipped with an obsessive passion for building data-driven, engaging and empathic product to increase access to high-quality behavioral health, I am an operational leader, who builds people centered teams to drive change.Former CCO at Octave (led Clinical, Product & Engineering) and Founding partner (owner/operator) of Peninsula Behavioral Health, I have built practices providing high-value service through clinician culture, ML, product innovation, and deep relationships with commercial payers. Sometimes I am an Associate Professor of Psychiatry at Stanford University Medical School, where I help think through delivery of care through quality improvement, tech and user-centered design and build predictive models. I also get to teach and co-wrote a book on emotional eating.
