About me

Naomi Allen is currently Co-Founder and CEO at Brightline (formerly Emilio Health). Brightline is providing extraordinary behavioral health care for children and families, when and where you need it.

Naomi was the Chief Growth Officer for Livongo Health, where she oversaw key strategic growth initiatives for the company, including new markets and acquisition operations. She was responsible for/supported Livongo's category development and launch (Applied Health Signals), IPO preparation, acquisition of behavioral company MyStrength, launch of Livongo's largest strategic customer, and additional confidential new inorganic initiatives.

Naomi is a seasoned operational leader in healthcare and frequent speaker on digital health and early stage company innovation. Naomi has spent over 20 years working in healthcare and technology. She held executive roles spanning operations, sales and product as a founding team member of Castlight Health from inception to Castlight’s IPO. Prior to that, she was a leader in McKinsey’s Silicon Valley office, helping to build the West Coast healthcare technology practice. Naomi was a product strategist at Microsoft, and in her early career worked in Deloitte Consulting’s healthcare practice. She holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and received her undergraduate degree at UNC-Chapel Hill.
