Dr. Brittany Linton focuses on helping each person better understand the psychological and health mechanisms at play in their everyday lives by building actionable skills to shape their potential for change. With a Ph.D. in counseling psychology from the University of Texas at Austin, Dr. Linton currently works as a licensed clinical psychologist and an integrated health psychologist and Director for Primary Care & Mental Health Integration for the San Francisco Veterans Healthcare System. She works on interdisciplinary health teams to ensure every person has access to meet all of their needs--physical and mental--in one location. Outside of clinical work, she is a clinical hospital leader in clinical design and management, serves as medical teaching faculty in the clinical learning joint program between the San Francisco VA and University of California San Francisco School of Medicine, provides teaching and supervision to psychology trainees and advanced research post-doctoral fellows, and invests additional time in DEI efforts within medical organizations. She also lectures on resiliency strategies, improving communication, and addressing diversity, inclusivity, and healthcare disparity. Since 2020, she also serves as a Medical Advisor to the mental health non-profit Made of Millions.As a former clinical operations leader for Mindstrong Health, a venture-backed mental health startup, Dr. Linton also brings a background in healthcare technology, and now serves as a consultant to tech companies and innovation organizations. In particular, she examines the intersections between innovative tech spaces and application in traditional healthcare organizations. Dr. Linton believes in continual innovation and improvement in our health and our healthcare, whether at the individual level of one-on-one sessions, around a collaborative table for creative ideas, or when speaking to larger audiences to educate and empower.

Solome Tibebu is a behavioral health technology strategist passionate about health equity and access. Solome leads The Upswing Fund for Adolescent Mental Health, a collaborative fund seeded by Melinda Gates' Pivotal Ventures and other private family offices. Solome is also the host of the Going Digital: Behavioral Health Tech summit. Prior to consulting various stakeholders on all things behavioral health technology, Solome worked in corporate development, venture capital, behavioral health EHR software, ran a mental health tech startup, founded AnxietyInTeens.org, and has been developing healthcare startup communities since 2012. Solome is an advisor or board director to several behavioral health companies and national nonprofits.
