Licensed psychologist; PhD from the University of Southern California; Pre- and Post-doctoral training from the University of Pennsylvania.As CCO, Dr. Udall oversees Coaching, Therapy and Psychiatry to ensure clinical excellence in a multidisciplinary, collaborative model.She was formerly the Clinical Specialty Services Lead at the University of Colorado, and oversaw the Alcohol and Other Drug, Behavioral Health, Assessment, Transgender Care, and Eating Disorder Services programs. Much of this work involved identifying strategies to manage volume, meet clinical need, and better integrate two operating units at the University post-merger.Over the course of her career Dr. Udall worked in a range of settings, including various universities; inpatient, residential, IOP sites; and a private practice she maintained for nearly a decade. Specialty areas include stress management, perfectionism, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, identity issues in the LGBTQ community, concerns with acculturation and ethnic/racial identity, and adolescent/young adult development.In addition to providing extensive training about these specialty areas to parents, educators, employee groups, and other mental health professionals, Dr. Udall has written about them for publications like Scripps Magazine, Hip Mama, Eating Disorders Recovery Today, The Journal of Homosexuality and Psych Central, where she was a regular blogger. Dr. Udall has also shared her expertise with news outlets like Self Magazine, Authority Magazine, Time.com, and This Week in Health IT.

Solome Tibebu is a behavioral health technology strategist passionate about health equity and access. Solome leads The Upswing Fund for Adolescent Mental Health, a collaborative fund seeded by Melinda Gates' Pivotal Ventures and other private family offices. Solome is also the host of the Going Digital: Behavioral Health Tech summit. Prior to consulting various stakeholders on all things behavioral health technology, Solome worked in corporate development, venture capital, behavioral health EHR software, ran a mental health tech startup, founded AnxietyInTeens.org, and has been developing healthcare startup communities since 2012. Solome is an advisor or board director to several behavioral health companies and national nonprofits.
