Taft Parsons III, MD joined Humana in April 2018 as the Clinical + Pharmacy Services Enterprise Physician Behavioral Health Leader. He has been the Psychiatric leadership behind Humana’s strategy of integration of physical and behavioral health. These efforts include integration of functional teams, such as utilization and case management, integration of physical and behavioral health policies and procedures along with a consistent regulatory and legal approach, pushing a collaborative care clinical model with provider partners, and working with innovative and digital partners to find unique solutions for Humana’s membership with behavioral health needs.Immediately prior to joining Humana, Dr. Parsons served as Chief Medical Officer at Molina Healthcare of Michigan, where he oversaw the health plan’s clinical operations for a mixture of 400,000 Medicare and Medicaid lives. Dr. Parsons initially joined Molina in 2013, where he served as the VP for Behavioral Health Plans. His role included insourcing and integrating behavioral health in a standardized fashion for all of Molina’s health plans. Prior to 2013, he served in a number of medical leadership roles, and as a practicing Psychiatrist for Henry Ford Health System. Board certified in Psychiatry, Dr. Parsons received his medical degree from Medical College of Wisconsin and completed his residency in behavioral health at Henry Ford Health System. He is a proud alumnus of Morehouse College, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Dr. Parsons is passionate about ensuring quality care, process improvement and the seamless integration of medical and behavioral health care. He continues to occasionally participate in resident and medical student education, and is an occasional speaker at industry conferences.Taft currently resides in metro Detroit with his wife and 3 children. He enjoys soccer, art collecting and sneaking in the occasional date night with his wife.
Dr. Holly DuBois is a board certified adult psychiatrist currently serving as Vice President of Mindstrong's Health Service organization. Mindstrong Inc is a data-driven pioneer in the field of virtual mental healthcare, focused on serving up the most innovative tools to members most in need. As VP of MHS, Dr. DuBois leads a team of over 80 professionals, including therapists, psychiatrists and the entire care support team. Dr. DuBois graduated from Stanford University with a degree in Human Biology then attended the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California for medical school. She returned to Stanford for residency in adult psychiatry and behavioral health. For the last ten years, she has been devoted to the quality delivery of telepsychiatry, having founded a practice to meet this need in Texas, specifically in 2016. Dr. DuBois loves most, however, to be "offline" and with her family of three children and husband.

Solome Tibebu is a behavioral health technology strategist passionate about health equity and access. Solome leads The Upswing Fund for Adolescent Mental Health, a collaborative fund seeded by Melinda Gates' Pivotal Ventures and other private family offices. Solome is also the host of the Going Digital: Behavioral Health Tech summit. Prior to consulting various stakeholders on all things behavioral health technology, Solome worked in corporate development, venture capital, behavioral health EHR software, ran a mental health tech startup, founded AnxietyInTeens.org, and has been developing healthcare startup communities since 2012. Solome is an advisor or board director to several behavioral health companies and national nonprofits.
