Rebecca Egger is the CEO and co-founder of Little Otter. She has more than 10 years of experience working in medical technology. specializes in product design. She most recently worked at the Chan Zuckerberg Institute, where she built the infectious disease program to a $10 million annual program, and developed an app to help developing nations respond to large-scale health events. She has a background in astrophysics and computer science.

Helen Egger MD is a child psychiatrist, epidemiologist, and digital health innovator. She is Chair of the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at NYU Langone Health (NYULH), Arnold Simons Professor, and Director of the NYU Langone Child Study Center. She attended Yale School of Medicine and completed her adult, child, and post-doctoral training at Duke University School of Medicine. Dr. Egger is a pioneer in the field of early childhood mental health. As creator of the first interview to assess preschool mental health and two longitudinal population studies of the mental health of children ages 2-5 years old, she has shaped the science and clinical practice of toddler/preschool mental health. As a digital health innovator, Dr. Egger brings together child mental health, digital technology, and data science to transform our care of young children’s mental health needs. She is the founder of the NYULH WonderLab, a team of scientists, clinicians, software engineers, human-centered designers, and data scientists creating digital tools for child mental health research and clinical care, and co-lead of the NYU Langone Health Digital Design Lab.

Solome Tibebu is a behavioral health technology strategist passionate about health equity and access. Solome leads The Upswing Fund for Adolescent Mental Health, a collaborative fund seeded by Melinda Gates' Pivotal Ventures and other private family offices. Solome is also the host of the Going Digital: Behavioral Health Tech summit. Prior to consulting various stakeholders on all things behavioral health technology, Solome worked in corporate development, venture capital, behavioral health EHR software, ran a mental health tech startup, founded AnxietyInTeens.org, and has been developing healthcare startup communities since 2012. Solome is an advisor or board director to several behavioral health companies and national nonprofits.
