Stephen Smith is the Founder and CEO of NOCD, a company that provides online therapy for OCD. Under his leadership, NOCD has raised $5.8 Million in a Venture Capital Funding, grown the largest OCD treatment community in the world reaching hundreds of thousands of people in over 95 countries, and has become the industry leader in providing Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) telehealth services. Prior to NOCD, Stephen was a former NCAA quarterback. Stephen personally suffers with OCD, so he created NOCD to help others with the condition get better and stay better more easily.

Solome Tibebu is a behavioral health technology strategist passionate about health equity and access. Solome is also the host of the Going Digital: Behavioral Health Tech summit, the largest virtual conference for digital behavioral health. Solome was the founding Director of The Upswing Fund for Adolescent Mental Health, a philanthropic fund seeded by Pivotal Ventures, Melinda Gates’ personal investment and incubation company, and other private family offices. Prior to consulting various stakeholders on all things behavioral health technology, Solome worked in corporate development, venture capital, behavioral health EHR software, ran a mental health tech startup, founded AnxietyInTeens.org, and has been developing healthcare startup communities since 2012. Solome is an advisor or board director to several behavioral health companies and national nonprofits.
