CEO, Forefront Telecare
A 30 year healthcare industry veteran, Rob has been leading high-growth digital and tech-enabled health companies for the past 20 years and is passionate about improving behavioral health. He is currently the CEO of Forefront Telecare, a behavioral telehealth company serving seniors in communities across 30 US states, where he is responsible for company vision, strategy, growth, culture, and overall operating performance. He was previously President and CEO of AbleTo, a behavioral telehealth company serving adult health plan members nationwide, and President, Consumer Solutions for Sharecare, a health and wellness patient engagement platform. He joined Sharecare through its acquisition of QualityHealth, a digital patient acquisition and engagement platform, where he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Rob also previously served as Managing Partner of Rosetta, which was later acquired by Publicis. He joined Rosetta through its acquisition of SimStar, where he served as President of the healthcare-specific digital marketing firm. He has raised over $60 million in growth capital from both strategic and financial investors, and has led two successful company sale transactions. Rob has served on public company, private equity backed company and not for profit Boards, and currently serves on the Boards of Catasys and The Quell Foundation. Earlier in his career, Rob held commercial and leadership roles at Pfizer, Merck, and Bristol-Myers Squibb.Rob holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in History and Economics from Vanderbilt University.
Kerin Zuger, Chief of Strategic Growth, has been with Right at Home since June 2017. She is a seasoned healthcare executive, with more than 15 years of experience operationalizing mutually beneficial relationships to drive revenue. Kerin has had substantial success in developing new markets and establishing comprehensive, indirect channels. Her prior role, as Vice President at Air Methods Corporation, gave her unique insight into the tribulations of healthcare, specifically surrounding the logistics of patient navigation and tactical application of population health. Kerin has an undergraduate degree in speech and communications, and a master’s degree in business. Kerin is supported by her husband, Kevin, and kept busy with her two children, Owen and Lauren; three dogs; and a cat.

Solome Tibebu is a behavioral health technology strategist passionate about health equity and access. Solome leads The Upswing Fund for Adolescent Mental Health, a collaborative fund seeded by Melinda Gates' Pivotal Ventures and other private family offices. Solome is also the host of the Going Digital: Behavioral Health Tech summit. Prior to consulting various stakeholders on all things behavioral health technology, Solome worked in corporate development, venture capital, behavioral health EHR software, ran a mental health tech startup, founded AnxietyInTeens.org, and has been developing healthcare startup communities since 2012. Solome is an advisor or board director to several behavioral health companies and national nonprofits.
