Bridget is responsible for driving sales across the Evernorth Behavioral Health portfolio, cultivating new business for Evernorth - with emphasize on Health Plans and Employer Groups. Bridget's primary focus is building client-specific and go-to market strategies across the Evernorth Behavioral Health product suite in order to deliver optimal health outcomes and meet the needs of our clients.
Bridget has 15 years of experience working in Behavioral Health, holding a variety of sale leadership positions, delivering solutions and clinical decision support tools to provider organizations, health systems, health plans and community based mental health organizations. These solutions range from molecular diagnostics and pharmacogenetics to measurement-based care, software solutions that focus on measuring quality of care, improving patient outcomes and reducing the cost of care. Bridget applies creative methods to understand how to support a collaborative care model, measure treatment outcomes and establish quality metrics in preparation for value based care and utilize insights from data and analytics.
Since 2008, Mark has played a vital role in advancing Express Scripts', now Evernorth's, clinical and digital health product portfolio. In 2019, Mark founded the Evernorth Digital Health Formulary, the industry's first formulary specifically designed to provide patients access to best-in-class digital health solutions and therapeutics while ensuring value in return for payers' healthcare investment. He has worked with other thought leaders to design and deploy industry-leading, behavior-centric approaches to innovation that place payers, patients, and healthcare partners in the "front seat" of product development. Mark leads the Evernorth Lab - the industry's premier healthcare innovation center located in St. Louis, MO. The Lab is comprised of over 150 data scientists, decision designers, and clinical specialists, all dedicated to creating meaningful solutions and optimal patient experiences that address healthcare's biggest challenges. Since its opening in 2010, the Lab has played host to some of the nation's most influential healthcare decision-makers, innovators, and thought leaders.Mark received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Missouri State University and his Master of Business Administration from Fontbonne University in St. Louis, MO.
