Registration and hotel bookings are live as of April 15th, 2024. If you have additional questions, please contact hello@behavioralhealthtech.com.
1. What is the Behavioral Health Tech conference all about?

The 2024 Behavioral Health Tech (BHT2024) conference is the largest conference focused on expanding access to mental health, substance use and I/DD care through technology, health equity and innovation. The event convenes health plans, employers, behavioral health providers, digital health companies, investors and policy makers to connect for the purposes of advancing access to behavioral healthcare for all.

2. When and where is the event?

The in-person conference will take place on November 5-7th, 2024 at the Waldorf Astoria Biltmore Hotel in Phoenix, Arizona.  Plan to fly in on the afternoon or evening of November 4th and fly out the afternoon of November 7th.

3. When do speaker applications open?

From February 15th through April 15th, 2024, we hosted a Call for Speakers application. We received so many amazing submissions and are excited to continue building out our agenda. If you missed the Call for Speakers application deadline, please subscribe to our newsletter to be notified of the launch for our 2025 edition.

4. Can I still attend virtually? Or will I have access to the recordings after the event?

While our main event takes place in-person, you can still watch recordings of the event afterwards. Many sessions will also be available on our YouTube channel, so be sure to subscribe.

5. When does registration open?

Registration is now open! Register here. Our registration launched on April 15th, 2024.

6. When are speakers notified of whether they are selected, to inform whether or not to buy a ticket separately?

We encourage everyone to register as soon as possible, while supplies last. Rooms and tickets will sell out quickly again this year. Speakers will be refunded for the ticket they purchased if selected. All applicants of our Call For Speaker application will be notified of their application status by May 31st, 2024.

7. How much does it cost to attend?

Standard tickets will cost $1,998–$2,700 depending on the time of year—be sure to register early for the best price! Tickets include the cost of all meals during the conference: breakfasts, break refreshments, lunches and evening receptions.

In line with our mission to make mental health, substance use and I/DD services and information accessible for all, we are continuing to grant donation-based access to our on-demand session recordings after the event. Thanks to several generous sponsors, we have scholarships available on a first-come, first-serve basis here for early-stage startups, non-profits, government leaders, students and more. Members of the press are eligible to attend BHT2024 complimentary.

8. Do you have a non-profit partner again this year?

Yes! We are excited to partner with the Institute for Exceptional Care (IEC) which works to make healthcare better and safer for people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Read more about the partnership here.
