Haleigh Tebben is the Chief Revenue Officer at Collective Health, a health tech startup that provides a technology platform which enables employers to better manage their self-funded healthcare benefits. In her role, she has responsibility for all revenue-generating areas of the company, including sales, account management, consultant relations, health plan and digital health partnerships.
Haleigh has over 20 years of experience, primarily in consulting, having held positions managing lines of business, offices and geographies. During her career, she has built a reputation for her ability to build strong growth strategies and attract and lead top talent. Her background in consulting has provided her the opportunity to work in a variety of industries and build strong relationships at the executive level of these companies.
She began her career at Central StatesIndemnity Co. of Omaha, a Berkshire Hathaway company, the first hire in a newProduct Development division. After developing and bringing to market a new insurance product, she moved to lead the Sales organization, selling into large financial institutions and growing the product from its infancy to a major division of the company.
In 2007, she joined Gallup, responsible for selling management consulting projects into Fortune 500 companies. She helped launch the well-being consulting arm, selling the first project toTarget in Minneapolis while she also managed the Minneapolis office and consulting practice.
She relocated to San Francisco and joinedMercer in 2014, leading her own client portfolio, while also leading the sales organization for the Western US. She then took over the San Francisco Health and Benefits Practice in 2015 and eventually led the Health and Benefits business in the Western US, a $300 million division.
Tebben graduated summa cum laude from Creighton University with a bachelor's degree in International Business and Marketing. She completed a semester at the Institution for Latin American Concern. She graduated with honors with her MBA from UNO and was awarded the Stan Hille Award for Outstanding MBA student of the year.
