Dr. Cori McMahon

VP, Clinical Services, Tridiuum, part of New Directions Behavioral Health

Dr. Cori McMahon is a Clinical Health Psychologist and Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine who has 20 years' experience with direct clinical care, graduate psychology and medical instruction, clinical supervision, and administrative experience across behavioral health, academic, and medical settings. She currently spends the majority of her time as the Vice President of Clinical Services for Tridiuum, a health technology company based in Philadelphia, where she provides clinical oversight and sales support for the company's digital behavioral health platform products that are being used nationally in behavioral health organizations, health systems and with payors. She has recently begun a second term on the Advisory Panel for Outreach and Education for the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) in Washington, DC.Dr. McMahon is the former Director of Behavioral Medicine at Cooper University Hospital and maintains part-time clinical and supervisory practice in the Department of Infectious Disease. She has taught psychology at the graduate and undergraduate levels for almost 20 years and has instructed in integrated care at the Cooper Medical School of Rowan University. She has presented over 40 peer-reviewed research projects nationally, has multiple journal publications, and has chaired panel discussions focus on integrated Behavioral Health Care.

Dr. Michael Boroff

Mental Health Program Manager, Crossover Health

Michael Boroff, Psy.D., is a clinical psychologist who serves as the Mental Health Program Manager for Crossover Health. He oversees the mental program across the country, establishing and developing the model of the care while serving as a subject matter expert to all levels of the company. He also sees a small panel of patients. Dr. Boroff was drawn to Crossover Health because of the opportunity to craft a model of care that advances mental healthcare, is scalable and sustainable, and allows for a high-quality experience for both patients and providers. He is particularly interested in the use of data to improve treatment outcomes.

Previously, Dr. Boroff worked for Kaiser Permanente serving as a psychologist and a manager if an intensive outpatient program, adult services, triage, and a call center. He also worked for the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health in their Quality Improvement Division and for the Alameda County Public Health Department in building an integrated clinic for homeless adults. He completed his predoctoral and postdoctoral at Children's Hospital and Research Center Oakland.

Melissa Stöcker

Director, Quality, Vertava Health

Melissa has been a registered nurse for over 30 years. She has been certified in Hospice and Palliative Care, but her career has spanned many specialties including ICU, cardiac surgery, pediatrics, home health, instruction, behavioral health, and SUD treatment. In every role, Melissa has been involved in quality improvement. She is passionate about delivering the highest quality of care to patients during their most difficult days. As Director of Quality at Vertava Health, Melissa is responsible for both the overarching strategy and daily operations of quality assurance and performance improvement. In addition to ongoing audits, trainings, and documentation improvement projects, Melissa has implemented multiple digital assessment tools providing real-time insights through data analytics.Melissa earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Middle Tennessee State University. She enjoys reading and spending time with family at her home in Tennessee.

Daniel Coyne

Director, Utilization Review, Vertava Health

Daniel Coyne is a Certified Addictions Registered Nurse, and has worked in addictions nursing since 2013. Daniel served as the Director of Nursing at Vertava Health of Massachusetts, and is currently the Director of Utilization Review for Vertava Heath. He is committed to evidence-based practice and to combating the stigma associated with substance use disorders and addiction treatment.

Prior to his nursing career, Daniel held director-level positions in communications for several health and wellness companies. He earned a BA from Middlebury College, an MFA from the University of Florida, and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts. He is an avid juggler.
