SVP of Clinical Innovation, ieso
A highly accomplished Clinical Psychologist, Jennifer holds a Master of Health Care Management from Brandeis University, a doctorate from William James College and has completed a fellowship in Metabolic and Genetic Psychology at Boston Children's Hospital. She also maintains appointments at Harvard Medical School and the Department of Psychiatry at Boston Children's Hospital.
Jennifer, a leader in the telehealth and digital health industries committed to improving access and quality in mental healthcare, joined ieso in 2018. Her role with ieso allows her to do so by collaborating with clinical and academic researchers to improve access, outcomes, and engagement in mental healthcare. With one foot in clinical care and the other in scaling quality mental healthcare, she maintains a deep understanding of the urgent needs on both sides of the equation. Jennifer improves the care ieso offers by taking its AI and machine learning data insights and translating them into clear interventions that therapists can understand and action. She also plays a vital role in business and product development and scaling, and brings a deep understanding of the FDA digital health process and US regulatory space. Before joining ieso, Jennifer was the Director of Behavioral Health at Amwell, where she was instrumental in creating one of the first national telehealth therapy programmes. By the time she left it was a covered benefit for 80 million people in the United States.
