My inspiration is drawn from the diligent mental health care workers and the policy leaders who are not only progressing but also emphasizing the crucial need for mental health care as a right across different sectors.

I would love to see a more proactive approach, with early intervention and educational programs, to foster understanding and prevent stigmatization from a young age. As well as system-level integration of mental health into education & healthcare globally.
