Andy Kely is Chief Commercial Officer at Boulder Care, a virtual- first addiction treatment company pioneering value-based care models in SUD. Before joining Boulder, Andy held senior leadership roles at Optum Behavioral Health, where he led value based Contracting with 400+ behavioral health programs, and earlier worked across UniteHealth Group on population health, network stratgey, the total cost of care iniatives. He began his career at Epic, implementing electronic health records for large health systems nationwide. Andy brings a rare dual perspective - having designed VBC models from inside a major payer and now leading commercial strategy for a high-performing provider.
