Ann Moran, MBA, LPC, SAC, is a healthcare executive and licensed behavioral health clinician with more than 20 years of experience spanning behavioral health care, clinical operations, and enterprise leadership. As Director of Behavioral Health at Sauk Prairie Healthcare, she leads behavioral health and integrated care strategy across hospital, ambulatory, school, and community settings. Her earlier career included a decade of clinical and program experience across public-sector and community settings in New Mexico, followed by progressive leadership roles with the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, culminating as Chief Administrative Officer and Facility Director of a 400-bed civil commitment treatment facility. Across these diverse settings, Ann has progressed from direct clinical practice and program leadership to executive administration, combining clinical expertise, business acumen, and operational leadership to build and scale services, lead multidisciplinary teams, develop strategic partnerships, and translate organizational vision into sustainable improvements in access, coordination, and patient outcomes.
