Ashley Hudson-Johnson, MHA, leads national Policy and Access for the Health Experience Team at Otsuka Precision Health (OPH). She partners with policymakers, payers, clinicians, telehealth providers, and digital-therapeutic advocates to promote coverage of evidence-based digital treatments and simplify patient and provider access. Her current focus is on developing reimbursement and coverage pathways for Rejoyn—the first and only FDA-authorized prescription digital therapeutic for the adjunct treatment of clinician-managed Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) symptoms in adult patients.With 25 years in healthcare, her expertise spans market access, population-health implementation, business-to-business (B2B) contracting, reimbursement and patient-support strategy, pharmaceutical and digital therapeutic sales leadership and marketing, government affairs and health policy, and fee and claims negotiation. She has forged innovative partnerships with some of the nation’s most advanced healthcare delivery systems, payers, advocacy and alliance groups, and key thought leaders to improve outcomes, advance care delivery, enhance patient experience, and reduce total cost of care.
