Brandon Keppner, MA-IOP Senior Behavioral Health Executive/ Acute Psychiatric Operations & Systems Leadership. Brandon Keppner brings more than 25 years of executive leasdership in acute psychiatric and behavioral health settings, having served as CEO, COO, and President across inpatient psychiatric hospitals within some of the nation's largest behavioral health systems, including Universal Health Services, Acadia Healthcare, CRC Health, and Lifepoint Health.His experience spans hospital turnarounds, regulatory remediation, de novo facility development, and multi-site platform leadership across markets.  He has worked directly at the intersection of inpatient psychiatric care, emergency department overflow, community mental health systems, and outpatient continuity - giving him a ground-level perspective on where the behavioral health continuum breaks down and why.Brandon currently serves as a senior operational leader at Parkside Psychiatric Hospital and Clinic in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he continues to drive quality, access, and organizational performance.  Outside his executive role, he serves as a Bishop in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, bringing a deep commitment to community care and service to everything he does.
