Carmen Parker-Bradshaw is a Vice President with BJC Health System, leading behavioral health services and strategies, driving integration and innovation through a population health model that increases access to care, early intervention, and serves the whole person across the care continuum. Previously, Carmen served as the Division Vice President, Behavioral Health, Community Health, Quality & Accreditation at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City and Chief Administrative Officer at Burrell Behavioral Health in addition to additional leadership roles with large integrated healthcare systems, Medicaid, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, The Office of Global Affairs, and the World Health Organization. Carmen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Government Relations and a Master of Science in Public Administration and Health Policy.
