Daniel Caridi is the CEO and Co-Founder of Kibu, the first platform to combine skill-based education, fitness, documentation, and AI tools for disability service providers. Driven by a deep commitment to people with disabilities, Daniel launched Kibu in his early 20s to solve a real problem: providers spending more time on paperwork than people. Today, Kibu is used by over 350 provider organizations in 46 states to reduce staff burnout, simplify compliance, and make care more person-centered. In December 2025, Daniel was announced as one of Forbes 30 Under 30 for 2026 in the social impact category for his work with Kibu.
