Speaker's Profile

Lidah Larsen is a high school student at Mandela International Magnet School in Santa Fe, NM. Lidah showcases her passion for leadership and advocacy by presenting on topics she cares about ranging from gender issues, youth mental health, and human sexuality education in schools to groups including NM legislators, NM DOH, NM Charter School Division, and the Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce. She developed her leadership skills through scholarship programs like the NM DOH Youth Adult Partnership, the Georgia O'Keefe Leadership in Arts, and Girls Inc Teen Leadership Council and Ambassadors programs, where she was elected 2025 Girl of the Year. Lidah's leadership extends also to physical training, where she's danced and performed for 13 years at Aspen Santa Fe Ballet, and is a teaching assistant to young ballerinas. After 3 summers of Girls Inc hiking preparation, Lidah earned a NOLS scholarship to complete a 3-week backpacking trip where her all-girls group hiked 85 miles through the Bighorn Mountains in Wyoming.
