Margaret is a Partner at Flare Capital Partners, investing in healthcare companies that pair strong clinical outcomes with scalable technology. She focuses on payer–provider infrastructure, workforce transformation, innovative care models, and tech-enabled life sciences platforms, and partners closely with founders on product strategy, go-to-market execution, and leadership and organizational design. Prior to Flare Capital, Margaret partnered with entrepreneurs at Oxeon Partners to build executive teams and design the foundational operating systems required for early-stage healthcare companies. She also brings healthcare-focused venture capital experience from 7wire Ventures and B Capital Group, where she worked across data interoperability, genomics, life sciences technology, and care delivery. Margaret began her career at Huron Consulting Group’s healthcare practice, advising leading academic medical centers on clinical operations and utilization management.Margaret earned her BA in Medicine, Health, and Society from Vanderbilt University and her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where she was a Flare Capital Scholar. She serves on the board of The Digital Medicine Society (DiMe).
