Nathan Ford is a highly respected and ethical businessman, Air Force veteran, leader in wide band, satellite communications building automation and wind-turbine technology, and founder of ATO, a CARF certified behavioral health organization. He has managed P&Ls from 20 million to more than 2 billion. Nathan brings a sharp strategic mind and deep operational expertise to his work. He designed ATO's comprehensive oversight and accountability system, enabling real-time tracking of client progress, staff performance, and outcomes - ensuring quality at every level. Known as the brain behind ATO's operations, he leads with integrity, innovation, and precision. Outside of ATO, Nathan coached girls' basketball, with most of his players earning college scholarships - reflecting his lifelong commitment to excellence and mentorship.
