Neil Hattangadi, MD, MSc, is CEO and Co-Founder of Cortica, the nation’s leading physician-led whole-person care provider for children with autism and other developmental differences. Cortica’s medical home model combines pediatric and neurological care with ABA, developmental therapies, and family and school support.Operating since 2014, Cortica employs more than 2,200 clinicians across eight states and serves over 25,000 patients annually. Cortica partners with health plans to improve holistic outcomes and access while reducing costs associated with ABA overutilization, unnecessary medications, and avoidable ED visits and crisis admissions. Through its virtual medical home, Cortica also assumes accountability for total cost of care, including ABA, and outcomes across assigned populations.Dr. Hattangadi earned degrees from Duke University, the University of Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar, and Harvard Medical School.
