Neil Leibowitz, a physician and attorney, is a senior healthcare leader with a passion for behavioral health and is especially focused on leveraging technology to expand access and improve healthcare quality. He is currently the Head of Behavioral Health for EmblemHealth, one of the nation’s largest not-for-profit health insurers, serving 2.5 million people in the New York tri-state area. Previously, Neil has held chief medical officer roles at Carelon Behavioral Health, Talkspace and Vita Health. Neil also advises several early stage companies in the behavioral healthcare technology and services market. He is currently on the board of VIP, a large Federally Qualified Health Center in NY.
