Speaker's Profile

Nicole Benson, MD, MBI, is Head of Clinical Product at Headway, where she leads the clinical strategy behind Headway's products and its platform-scale research program. A child and adult psychiatrist and clinical informaticist, she previously served as Associate Chief Medical Information Officer at McLean Hospital and Medical Director for Digital, Behavioral and Mental Health at Mass General Brigham. Nicole earned her MD from the University of Vermont and a master's in biomedical informatics from Harvard Medical School, where she remains an Assistant Professor and continues to see patients. She serves on the American Psychiatric Association's Council on Quality Care and the AACAP's Mental Health IT Committee.
