Paul El-Meouchy is a licensed psychology associate and human resources executive with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of workplace mental health, talent strategy, and organizational well-being. He currently leads Talent Management for the Inter-American Development Bank and is completing his PhD in Clinical Psychology. He also sees patients in a small private practice in Washington, D.C. called Cura Tempos.Paul previously served as the Global Head of Mental Health for Johnson & Johnson and led Deloitte's workplace mental health consulting practice, helping organizations reimagine well-being to drive retention, reduce burnout, and build inclusive, equitable workplaces. His expertise spans workforce resilience, leadership development, employee engagement, and total rewards strategy, with a strong focus on DEIA and cultural sensitivity.In addition to his corporate work, Paul has conducted research with the Mental Illness Research, Education and Clinical Center (MIRECC) at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and teaches psychology at Southern New Hampshire University and South College. A native French with a career across international organizations, he brings a global perspective to behavioral health and organizational psychology.Outside of work, Paul enjoys practicing Muay Thai, catching a hockey game, and spending time with his dog.
