At VNS, he works across clinical, payer, and community-based settings to integrate behavioral health services into broader care models, with a particular emphasis on whole-person care and high-acuity populations.Prior to joining VNS Health, Rob spent nearly a decade at Elevance Health, where he held leadership roles in provider quality, network management, and value-based partnerships. Earlier in his career, he served in clinical and program leadership roles across community-based behavioral health organizations, including as a Clinical Director at Catholic Charities.A licensed clinical social worker, Rob brings a unique perspective spanning frontline care delivery, payer-provider partnerships, and large-scale operational execution—helping bridge the gap between clinical intent and sustainable behavioral health models in practice.
