Behavioral Health Tech returns to Nashville, TN from September 22–24, 2026. Each year, Behavioral Health Tech convenes payers, providers, digital health leaders, investors, policymakers, and operators shaping the future of behavioral health.

For 2026, we are expanding our slate of interactive workshops and case-driven discussions. We are particularly interested in sessions that move beyond high-level commentary and offer practical insight, real-world examples, and actionable takeaways.

What We're Looking For

Strong proposals will:
  • Address timely, relevant challenges in behavioral health
  • Provide concrete examples or case studies
  • Offer actionable insights for operators and decision-makers
  • Bring diverse perspectives to the stage
  • Focus on industry advancement (not product promotion)

Important Dates

  • Application Period: The submission portal will open on March 2nd, 2026. Submissions are due by March 29th at 11:59 PM CST.
  • Notification Deadline: You will be notified of your submission status by April 10th, 2026.
  • Event: September 22nd – 24th, 2026.

All proposals must be submitted through the official portal prior to the deadline. Direct outreach to BHT team members regarding submissions will not influence selection.

Are you seeking to participate as a speaker in a session at BHT2025? This application is for individuals looking to be placed on a session relevant to their expertise.
Full Session Submission
If you are looking to propose a session idea (maybe with a few co-presenters) and secure a full session slot in our agenda, this one is for you. This may include a panel, fireside chat, solo presentation, or interactive workshop.
